User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of asokai, you must create an account. You agree to:

Analysis Results

Analysis results generated by asokai are based on publicly available App Store data and AI processing. While you can use these results for your business decisions, we retain ownership of the underlying algorithms and methodologies.

Pricing and Payment

Beta Period

During the beta period, asokai may be offered for free or at promotional pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Future Pricing

When paid plans are introduced:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed on our website
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees

asokai provides analysis and insights based on available data and AI processing. We do not guarantee:

• Completeness of market information
• Specific outcomes or results

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Experience downtime or technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features
• Impose usage limits or restrictions

Third-Party Data

Our service relies on third-party APIs (iTunes Search API, OpenAI). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, asokai and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
